strereotypes are generalizations about groups and their members, based on membership in that group. they are focused on age, ethnicity, gender, nationality, disability, profession, sexual orientation, race, religious belief, size, physical appearance, and social class. Stereotypes can also be based on individual impairments. i believe that people learn it from other people like from tv, radio, friends, and that kinda thing
